Welcome to Temple Of Restoration Outreach Ministries Inc. (TOROM). Our church’s mission is to pursue the lost and restore the broken. These terms explain giving, ministry merchandise, and paid event registrations made through torom.church.

Tithes, offerings, and donations

Giving is voluntary and supports the work of the church and its ministries. Please check the amount, recipient, and purpose before submitting your gift. A donation does not purchase goods, admission, or a promised financial or spiritual result.

All donations are final, except duplicate or unauthorized charges. The process for reporting these charges is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

If you wish to place a specific restriction on a gift, contact the church before giving so we can confirm whether it can be accepted. A payment to a separate ministry or recipient linked from this website is governed by that recipient’s policies; these terms apply to payments received by TOROM.

Ministry merchandise

When merchandise is offered, review its description, price, availability, and delivery or collection information before ordering. Any applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown during checkout. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Contact us if an item is missing, damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.

Merchandise return eligibility and instructions are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Paid events and registrations

Before registering, review the event’s date, location, price, and participation requirements. Paid registration covers the admission or activities described for that event; it is separate from a voluntary donation. Keep your confirmation and provide an email address where we can reach you about event changes.

Cancellation and rescheduling rules are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please follow the church’s safety instructions and treat other participants respectfully.

Payments and confirmations

Submit a payment only if you are authorized to use that payment method. Review your confirmation and contact the church if an amount or transaction is incorrect. Payment processing and any approved refund involve the payment provider and your financial institution, so posting times may vary.

If recurring giving is offered and you select it, the amount and frequency shown when you authorize the gift apply. You may cancel future gifts through the giving service or contact us for help. Cancelling future gifts does not automatically refund gifts already processed.

Giving records

Keep your payment confirmations. Contact the church if you need a giving acknowledgment or a correction to your record. Donations, merchandise purchases, and event payments are different types of transactions; a payment confirmation alone does not establish that the entire amount is tax-deductible. Any tax treatment depends on the nature of the payment and applicable requirements.

Policy updates and your rights

The terms and refund policy in effect when you complete a transaction apply to that transaction. Future updates will show a new effective date. Nothing in these terms or our refund policy limits rights that applicable law gives you, including the right to report an unauthorized charge to your payment provider.
