From a Vision to a Global Ministry
Temple Of Restoration Outreach Ministries (TOROM) was founded by Pastor Samora and Prophetess Sarah Palmer with one divine mandate: “To Pursue the Lost… and Restore the Broken.” What began as a faithful local congregation in Sunrise, Florida has grown into a global ministry touching lives across every continent through live-streamed prayer, prophetic intercession, and the uncompromising Word of God. Today, TOROM operates from a state-of-the-art broadcasting studio and modern sanctuary, equipping believers and reaching the lost through every platform available.
