Temple Of Restoration Outreach Ministries, Inc. (TOROM) is an independent, Apostolic/Oneness Pentecostal church with zero external affiliations. Founded by Pastor Samora and Prophetess Sarah Palmer, TOROM was established with one divine mandate etched into its very name: “To Pursue the Lost… and Restore the Broken.”
The ministry began humbly in Sunrise, Florida, growing from a local congregation into an international outreach powerhouse. Through persistent faith, unwavering prayer, and Spirit-filled teaching, TOROM has expanded its reach to impact lives on every continent.
The Message of Restoration
Restoration is not just in our name — it is in our DNA. We believe that no one is too far gone. No life is too broken. No story is too ruined for the redeeming hand of God. The same God who raised Jesus from the dead can raise a marriage from the ashes, restore a prodigal child, rebuild a shattered mind, and return what the enemy has stolen.
TOROM exists to be a place where the lost are pursued — not judged, not condemned, but actively pursued with the Gospel. And where the broken are not abandoned to their brokenness, but welcomed into a community of healing, accountability, and spiritual growth.

Pastor Samora Palmer — Lead Pastor
Pastor Samora Palmer serves as the Registered Agent and Lead Pastor of Temple Of Restoration Outreach Ministries. A man of deep prayer and unwavering commitment to God’s Word, Pastor Samora provides the spiritual foundation and local oversight for the Sunrise congregation. His steady, faithful leadership creates the environment where healing, restoration, and spiritual growth thrive. He has been married to Prophetess Sarah Palmer for over 14 years, and together they shepherd this ministry with a united vision and purpose.
Prophetess Sarah Palmer — First Lady, Prophetess & Global Voice
Born in Jamaica, Prophetess Sarah Palmer came to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ in 1996 under the ministry of Bishop Luther Martin Allison. She emigrated to the United States in 1997, carrying a fire for God that would not be contained.
In 2008, she was appointed as a Minister under Pastor Donald Wright at Faith Apostolic Ministries. In 2016, she was officially ordained as a Prophetess and Evangelist under the laying on of hands by Pastor Haywood N. Williams of the Original Tabernacle of Prayer.
Since that time, Prophetess Sarah Palmer has become a recognizable voice to believers worldwide — leading thousands in daily prayer through her Rise and Command Your Day broadcast Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:00 AM Eastern, and pioneering the Women In White global sisterhood.
Statement of Faith
The Godhead: We believe in One True God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — as the One God who is the Creator of all things. (Deuteronomy 6:4)
Jesus Christ: We believe that Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh; that in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. (Colossians 2:9; John 1:14)
Salvation — The New Birth: Repentance, Water Baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, and the Infilling of the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues. (Acts 2:38; John 3:5)
The Bible: We believe the Bible to be the inspired, infallible Word of God — our sole authority for faith and practice.
Outreach: We are committed to fulfilling the Great Commission through street evangelism, prison ministry, feeding programs for the homeless, and global digital outreach.
