Every ministry has a name. Ours has a mandate etched inside of it.
Temple Of Restoration Outreach Ministries — TOROM — was not named by accident. From the very beginning, Pastor Samora and Prophetess Sarah Palmer understood that the calling on this house was not simply to gather a congregation, but “to pursue the lost… and restore the broken.” That phrase is not a slogan. It is the reason TOROM exists.
To pursue means we do not wait behind closed doors for the world to find its way to us. We go. Whether it is from the pulpit on a Sunday morning, on the streets of Sunrise, or across a cyber platform reaching someone at 5:00 AM on the other side of the world, TOROM was built to move toward people, not away from them.
To restore means we believe no one is a finished story. Broken marriages, broken addictions, broken faith, broken bodies — we have watched the Lord take what looked unusable and make it whole again. Restoration is not a program we run. It is the DNA of this house.
If you have ever felt too far gone, too far outside, too broken to belong anywhere — that is exactly who this ministry was built for. Come as you are. God is not finished with you.
“To pursue the lost… and Restore the Broken.”
