A Ministry Born of Purpose
Temple Of Restoration Outreach Ministries, Inc. (T.O.R.O.M.) is an independent, Apostolic/Oneness Pentecostal church with zero external affiliations. Founded by Pastor Samora and Prophetess Sarah Palmer, T.O.R.O.M. was established with one divine mandate etched in its name: “To Pursue the Lost… and Restore the Broken.”
The ministry began humbly in Sunrise, Florida, growing from a local congregation into an international outreach powerhouse. Through persistent faith, unwavering prayer, and Spirit-filled teaching, T.O.R.O.M. has expanded its reach to impact lives on every continent.

Pastor Samora Palmer
Lead Pastor · The Undershepherd
Pastor Samora Palmer serves as the Registered Agent and Lead Pastor of Temple Of Restoration Outreach Ministries. A man of deep prayer and unwavering commitment to God’s Word, Pastor Samora provides the spiritual foundation and local oversight for the Sunrise congregation. His steady, faithful leadership creates the environment where healing, restoration, and spiritual growth thrive. He has been married to Prophetess Sarah Palmer for over 14 years, and together they shepherd this ministry with a united vision and purpose.
Prophetess Sarah Palmer
First Lady · Prophetess · Global Voice
Born in Jamaica, Prophetess Sarah Palmer came to saving knowledge of Jesus Christ in 1996 under the ministry of Bishop Luther Martin Allison. She emigrated to the United States in 1997, carrying a fire for God that would not be contained.
In 2008, she was appointed as a Minister under Pastor Donald Wright at Faith Apostolic Ministries. In 2016, she was officially ordained as a Prophetess and Evangelist under Pastor Haywood N. Williams of the Original Tabernacle of Prayer.
Today she leads thousands in daily prayer through her Rise and Command Your Day broadcast every weekday at 5:00 AM on Facebook Live and YouTube, and pioneered the Women In White global sisterhood.
What We Believe
The Godhead
We believe in One True God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — as declared in Deuteronomy 6:4.
Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh; that in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily. (Colossians 2:9)
Salvation — The New Birth
We believe in the New Birth experience: repentance, Water Baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, and the Infilling of the Holy Spirit with speaking in tongues. (Acts 2:38)
